Real, sincere, vulnerable conversations with God I’ve spilled onto paper in privacy... and have now been called to share publicly. I’m turning my pages into posts because I want to begin the vulnerable, scary conversations we tend to keep to ourselves out of fear and shame. I don’t know about you, but I have spent one too many years believing I’m alone in my thoughts and no one would ever understand me. It turns out, after sharing some of my words and being told by thousands of people that my stories made them feel heard—that they too have felt the same way—that was never the case. Little did I know, we all write diaries to God.
I hope you see yourself in my stories. I hope you have epiphanies that we’re a part of the same small world, made in the image of the same God, hardwired with the same capability to carry out a purpose... created to carry our stories. Once I learned I’m a girl being written by God, I knew my life was a story worth reading. God never intended for me to carry the baggage of my past, my sins, my mistakes, my regret... but to carry my story. And that’s what these are—the stories out of the diary I've carried.
I pray my diary entries inspire you to be in deeper relationship with God, our loving Father. God’s pursuit of the human heart is the heart of these diaries, the proof of His love for you and me. So, here are my diaries to God—from me, to God, and to you.
Sincerely, Hyacinthe Talhea Noelle
